Unit in Good Standing

·         Has no fewer than 25 members, unless there are extenuating circumstances.

·         Submits first membership dues payment to the state office by November 1 and subsequent payments monthly until March 31. (Payments MUST be received by these dates).

·         Pays the required insurance by June 1.

·         Has bylaws approved by the New York State PTA every three (3) years.
